Cederhusen in Hagastaden, Stockholm, is the city’s first large-scale solid-wood apartment block and one of the world's most remarkable timber housing projects. Nestled in an inner-city setting, the four exceptional blocks perfectly balance sustainability and modern architecture. The building's striking cedar shingle façade adds a sense of harmony and calm, giving it a unique and timeless character.

Step into a Cederhusen home, and you are greeted by a Nordic-inspired design that radiates warmth and serenity. Natural stone detailing on windowsills and doorframes blends effortlessly with the wooden interiors, creating an inviting atmosphere.

The floors, crafted from our refined Ash planks, elevate the harmonious design, grounding every step in nature. Complementing this, selected areas feature Oak Animoso and Oak Andante White, adding subtle variation while staying true to the project’s sustainable concept.

The interiors emphasise durability and timeless elegance, with every material chosen to withstand the test of time. Sustainable construction principles are evident throughout, ensuring long-lasting, maintainable spaces that respect human and environmental needs.
