Architecture firm artifex has created a three-family house from a disused, ruined building, which has a modern and inviting appearance due to the contrasting colour design. Originally, a three-family house was planned, but disagreements led to the sale of the three apartments still under construction. Through clever planning, three light-flooded retreats have now been created on a total area of around 490 square metres, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The interiors are open and timeless, with each living room having its own fireplace for a cosy ambience. In addition, BOEN Chaletino floorboards add a natural element of durability to the concept.
