Over many centuries, historical buildings were documented on the site of the private home, in the 19th century a much frequented excursion and wine tavern, until the builders were able to take over the property and fulfill their own personal wishes for a family home. Hardwood flooring was installed throughout the house: from living rooms, to bathrooms, hallways and stairs, even in the sauna area and elevator.
